Terms of Use

You must be at least 13 years old to use LeetPattern. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not: (a) copy, modify, or distribute the App; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; (c) rent, lease, or lend the App; (d) use the App to build a competing product; or (e) remove any proprietary notices from the App.

Some features require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@leetpattern.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms.

LeetPattern offers a free tier and a Premium subscription. Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings. We do not process refunds directly — refund requests are subject to Apple's or Google's respective refund policies.

Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

All content in the App — including algorithm explanations, code templates, problem descriptions, animations, brand assets, and copy — is owned by or licensed to LeetPattern and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand features without our prior written permission.

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or other content to us, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and incorporate that content without compensation or attribution to you.

You agree not to:

• Use the App in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract content from the App
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
• Share your account credentials or allow others to access your Premium subscription
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Interview outcomes depend on many factors; we make no guarantees about your results.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LEETPATTERN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the App shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) $10 USD.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LeetPattern and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections 5, 8, 9, and 10 survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised Terms in the App and update the effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LeetPattern is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
